What We Do

The Bonners Ferry Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization that builds, promotes, and supports the local economic environment and civic well-being of Boundary County.
 
Core Mission & Activities
  • Economic Development: Supports local enterprise growth, young entrepreneurs, and business start-ups through advocacy, education, and strategic partnerships.
  • Business Networking: Hosts regular business meetings, ribbon cuttings and Mix & Mingle to help local professionals connect and collaborate.
  • Tourism & Promotion: Operates the official tourism and visitor resources—including the Visit Bonners Ferry website and a business directory—to guide visitors on where to shop, stay, eat, and explore. 
  • Community Events & Sponsorships: Organizes and sponsors local traditions and annual activities, including:
    • Hometown Holidays – December
    • Kootenai River Days – July
    • 9B Ladies on the Loose – March
